We currently do not offer exchanges on any products.
we at ExoticArtsBazaar.com are committed to delivering high-quality handcrafted brass and wooden artifacts. Since most of our products are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, polish, or finish are natural and add to the uniqueness of each piece.
Please read our Returns and Refunds Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:
- Damaged products received
- Wrong item delivered
- Manufacturing defects
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Minor variations in color, texture, engraving, or finish due to handmade craftsmanship
- Used, damaged, or altered products
- Customized or personalized items
- Products damaged due to improper handling or misuse
- Sale or discounted products (unless damaged or defective)
Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery at support@ExoticArtsBazaar.com and provide photographs/videos as proof.
Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear are not eligible for return or refund.
Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider or banking institution.
Damaged Package Claims
If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery:
- Please record an unboxing video while opening the package.
- Contact us immediately with supporting evidence.
Unboxing videos may be required for damage-related claims.
Refund Policy
We reserve the right to reject refund requests if the returned item does not meet the eligibility criteria.
Once the return is approved by ExoticArtsBazaar.com customers will receive a “Return Shipment Label” from us:
- Please include the “Return Shipment Label” in return shipping. Returned items must be unused and sent in their original packaging along with all accessories and invoices. customers will be responsible for return shipping costs and arrangements.
- Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method.
- In approved cases, we offer 2 days return, if the product is damaged or defective.
- Exchange/replacement deliveries will be done within 7-10 business days
- Refund processing may take 7-10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
